Excellent Amenities, Responsive Maintenance

I’ve lived in this community for 5 years now. Everyone in the office has always been kind and well as the maintenance techs that are speedy and very informative on the issues they’re addressing. I love to walk a couple of feet to a huge pool in the summer and also be so close to everything I need within a few miles. My favorite part is how involved they are with the neighborhood here… They have the best parties for us and monthly activities. Especially the yearly pool party! Roslyn the community manager is always quick to help with a warm smile whenever there is an issue (hasn’t been many trust me), I plan to stay here until I purchase a house.

Beautifully maintained and Upgraded

The Commons at Whitemarsh has been very pleasant in my 4 years of being a tenant. Staff members are friendly and very helpful. The new management company has been very effective and efficient about the care of the property and I’ve seen growth within these past few years. Great Job Everyone Keep up the amazing job!

Smooth Move-in, Comfortable Living

Let me begin with acknowledging the staff at the leasing office- Nicole, Shareese and Olivia They are indeed professionals at what they do… I applied for a two bedroom townhouse and within days Nicole reached out to me with the amazing news of approval… The staff is thorough and again professionals I loved that even if my leasing agent Nicole was not at her desk Olivia or Shareese would step in to address any specifics I needed resolved, now that’s teamwork. Long story short I am now comfortably in my new home and in complete peace. A JOB WELL DONE LADIES!!!! I also have to mention the leasing offices Manager. She assisted me in my most desperate state and made me feel welcomed and secure. These women are ANGELS
